About Cancellations

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours, there will be a 50% charge. No-shows are charged in full. Please reschedule if you are ill with a cold, flu, or other contagious illness.

From Applegate and Ruch – From Hwy 238 turn left on North Oregon Street, go two blocks and turn left on West D Street. Spa is the last cottage on the left.

From Ashland, Talent and Phoenix – From California Street turn right on North Oregon Street, then turn left on West D Street. Spa is the last cottage on the left.

From Medford – From North 5th Street turn right on F Street, then proceed to North Oregon Street and turn left. Turn right on West D Street. Spa is the last cottage on the left.

From Central Point and Gold Hill – Old Stage Road becomes North Oregon Street. Turn right on West D Street. Spa is the last cottage on the left.
